JB Perry Arbor-Care Tree Co, Inc.

This guy gave us a good old fashioned screwing. We paid for seasoned 16" lengths and got green wood in totally random lengths (see photos), much of it 22" pieces that don't fit our stove. We sent him a photo of a chunk of his wood on a hygrometer that showed how wet the wood is, explained that we were in the difficult position of still needing seasoned wood to heat our house immediately but now being out of money after spending it on his green wood. We asked him to either partially refund us and leave the wood or come pick up the wood and fully refund. He remained unresponsive to all communication. How does someone hear "Please, I LITERALLY CANNOT HEAT MY HOME because you didn't keep up your end of our bargain," and not try to make it right? Update: guy has now resorted to name-calling on Facebook and yelling abuse when he drives by the house. Let me say that again: JB Perry is angry that he ripped us off. ??? Brilliant.

I should have read the review from 4 months ago. Even though he said he would return to complete the job, John Perry refused to comeback and complete the trimming of the 5 trees that I had paid him for. Looking closely at his work, he basically used an electric saw (vs also using a trimming tool), broke off a major branch of a tree and only trimmed one side of the 5 trees (who does that?) Each tree has damage and broken limbs from his trimming. In addition, he and his 1 person crew left a mess. When I asked him to finish cleaning up, he sent his crew member back but he still left most of the mess behind. Every tree has dead limbs and leaves. After leaving a number of messages and sending texts with photos of what needed to be completed, he finally picked up the phone. When I asked when he was coming back to finish the job and cleanup the remaining debris, he said no! DO NOT do business with him under any circumstance. Like Share

Called Arbor Care because they came highly recommended by a few people, and after my experience I will be recommending these guys as well ! Great work , affordably priced and done in a timely manner ! Plus they are insured ! Ive dealt with many of these tree companies that had such low prices I immediately hired them only to find out their business was not insured which led to me canceling many jobs !
