Patty assisted my mother-in-law with the sale of her home of nearly 60 years. During the process, said MIL fell and broke her hip and wound up in a facility more than 30" out of town (over the bridge!) for rehab. Patty visited her on several occasions, making sure she remained an active part of this process. Patty was compassionate and helped both my mother-in-law and her son, my husband, navigate this HUGE transition. Her professional knowhow and marketing brought multiple offers and an over asking price sale. I would highly recommend working with Patty. She's the best!
