I manage a chimney company and we had an issue restarting a customer's boiler after we serviced their chimney. We noticed that the customer uses Scott Energy. My Tech called Scott Energy and they walked him through the needed steps to get our customer's heat back on. I am blown away by their customer service and dedication to serving their customers. We had another oil company that was unreliable and left us with only a couple days of oil in the tank. We reached out to Scott and they were at our door first thing in the morning! Exceptional service and reasonable prices. We highly recommend.

Was a customer for many years, always running a substantial credit balance thru auto-pay system; their prices for fuel and service weren't cheap but all was fine, until recently I received an auto-scheduled delivery of oil at $6.82/gallon; did some checking and that seemed very high so I terminated their auto-delivery service. So far, so good. However, when I did that I was informed they would not perform a replacement of my water heater (which they had sold and installed), even though the work was scheduled in two weeks and I'd paid a 1/3 deposit nearly a month before. Further, beyond refusing to do the agreed and partly-paid work, they refused to complete the processing of my warranty claim against the manufacturer, leaving me on my own for what they said was a very difficult process. Very disappointing after many years of paying them upwards of $6k a year for oil and service. Suspect you can find a better company to deal with.Steve E. Boxford, MA
