        Went to the store in the morning to upgrade my phone. Was told the transfer would take 90 minutes plus. I stated I would try to come back in the afternoon. I arrive at the store at 2:25pm to this sign.....

        Went into this AT&T yesterday and was totally ignored by the staff. The reason Im positive I was purposefully ignored was that after I was in and standing with three other women waiting for service, a man steps into the store. Immediately the clerk, small girl sitting with another customer, clerk wearing EarPods, pipes up, Hello , how can we help you today? He looks at the three of usnot sure who she is speaking to. Clerk repeats her question and he steps forward and gestures with two cellphones in his hand saying,Id like to drop this in. Clerk says, Okaybe with you Evidently my coming into the place was insignificant so I walked out and went to the Brockton establishment where I got 5 star service.
