Working with Janice (late 2022-earl 2023) was an absolute delight! We were causally looking for our first home, with no real plans to move forward with buying for another year or so. We met Janice at an open house we visited and instantly connected, so we asked her to represent us as buyers. What started as a laid back early home search turned quickly into finding a few homes that we actually wanted to put offers in on. Janice helped us navigate the process with ease. Letting us feel in control, but also providing the guidance and support needed for any first time home buyer. We didnt get the first home we put an offer in on, but it worked out perfectly as a few short weeks later we found one we loved even more! Janice worked day and night to help us lock down an accepted offer in less than 48 hours! Not only is her professionalism and determination unwavering, but when working with her it is super clear that she truly cares about her clients, with laser focus on helping them have a positive experience and are get the best deal they can! She answered all of my questions, and even proposed some I never even thought to ask. She made sure we were being realistic and focusing on the things that REALLY matter when making this type of a commitment, Even after the offer was accepted and inspection cleared, she continued to stay on top of absolutely everything to ensure we were on track for closing AND provided so much in terms of neighborhood information so that we could know exactly what we needed to get settled into our new home. Janice is an amazing realtor and a wondering person! I couldnt have asked for a better experience for our first home purchase, and should we ever be in the market (buying OR selling) again, she will absolutely be my go-to agent every single time.
