I've used Berry insurance for many years, actually decades. They have always provided great, personalized service. I think I've dealt with two or three agents over the years, which makes filing a claim or working out changes to a policy pretty simple. Don't underestimate the importance of this relationship. Back in the day Barbara was awesome, and in recent years it's been Shelly. Her responsiveness is top-notch.

I had a great experience with Natallia at Berry Insurance. She walked me through the quotation process and the switching of my home and auto insurance to Safety Insurance. It was straightforward and she was very helpful getting everything signed and logged with Safety.

I made the switch to Berry Insurance and I couldn't be happier. John helped me so much, took the time to answer all of my questions and I feel at ease knowing I have much better coverage for all my insurance needs. My past experiences with insurance companies didn't even come close to the high level of service John provided and he will actually answer the phone if I need help!
