Alpha Dental Franklin

I like this place! They are always smiling, and giving warm greetings. Its always easy in and out with little waiting. I would recommend this place to a friend.

I trust Dr. Salem implicitly with my dental care. He always carefully explains my options, make recommendations, and even answers all of my questions, no matter how detailed. Carmen and Ashely, his dental assistants are friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working on my dental care.

Hi I chose one star because I couldnt pick a lower number. I have been going to this office for some time and I was in the process of getting an implant. My wife and I have both had some expensive work done so we have been making payments towards the balance. My wife had called the office before my last visit to make sure they were going ahead with the post installation. She was told that it was fine just keep making the payments. I was brought to the chair and the dentist came in and numbed my mouth and said he would be back. Then an office person came in to talk about the bill. I told her that my wife had called to make arrangements and she told me that was not the way this was going to be handled. I was told that I have to pay half the money right now or the procedure was not going to be done. I was totally humiliated and left with my numb mouth. We are making payments on the balance we owe. I am looking for a new dentist and will not be returning. Thanks, J. R.

Let me start off by saying that Ive been a long time resident of Franklin and have been to quite a few dentists/dentist offices in my lifetime! Ive been with Alpha dental Franklin for many years and cant say enough about the team there! Front desk Tirzah, and Ezrah have been nothing short of amazing, so patient and understanding! I went to Alpha without getting into details- with an emergency situation- well I was treated with such kindness and empathy from start to finish I want to personally thank The front desk, Tirzah and Ezra, Carmen Ortega, and the other young lady hygenist, didnt quite get her name! Special thanks to Dr Salem he was the kindest and most empathetic dentist Ive been to! I was not easy to deal with, mainly because of the excruciating pain I was in and agitated to say the least! But what makes this team special is how much they really care about your well being! I would highly recommend Alpha dental in Franklin more than any other dental practice! Talk about stepping up to the plate when I needed them the most! This was not a routine check up it was an emergency situation! A very special thank you again to: Dr. Salem, Carmen, Tirzah, Ezra and the entire staff OUTSTANDING!!!
