In 2018 I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a criminal defense attorney. This was a serious case. I was facing a mandatory year jail sentence if found guilty. I felt I was innocent of the charges. I met with two possible attorneys who told me my options were to either plead-out my case or take a chance and go trial. I didn’t like either of those options. I then met with Attorney Frank Yee. Frank told me, with my case and as my attorney those options would be furthest from his mind. I hired Frank on the spot. Through Frank’s commitment, persistence and legal knowledge,(despite what far too often felt like fighting a ‘rigged system’), Frank ultimately got my case dismissed. No trial, no plea, no fine, no record, no nothing. DISMISSED. Three things I’ve learned about Frank during our time working together; One, Frank is extremely knowledgeable lawyer. Two, you’re more than “just a client” - Frank genuinely cares about you and getting you the best possible outcome. And three, Frank really, really doesn’t like to lose.
