Called them and the phone was picked up and agreed to come next day and then turned rude when I requested to see if he can come the same day to fix a burst pipe. It was a small job but with a bigger impact to me because I had to shutdown water to the entire house. The rudeness converted to no responsiveness after sending him the pictures of the repair needed. I am still out of water. I begged him requesting a time from him even if it is not the same day but next day or next week. No response to text or phone calls.

Steve was exceptionally professional and courteouswith excellent communication and responsiveness. We needed plumbing services quickly because our water heater brokeand Steve came out in the evening (after what I presume was already an exceptionally long day) to see what was happening and quoted a few options for us. If you check out his work, the welds are meticulous and the space is left tidy. He was masked at all times (CDC guidelines) and wore booties over his shoes (which was quite thoughtful). We hope to never need him again , but if we do its a relief to have found someone who is operates like Steve. Thanks again, L and S Plumbing!
