SSC Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Power Wash, Roof Wash and Dryer Vent Cleaning

I was disappointed with SSC's gutter cleaning service. After they were done, I realized they had only completed half the job - they had left a downspout connecting the second floor gutters to the first floor disconnected, and never cleaned any of the second floor gutters. They did offer to do a second cleaning, but retracted their offer after I didn't provide feedback fast enough. My experience is probably an anomaly based on the other reviews, but I can only give them two stars since they never actually finished the job I paid for. Edit: @SSC I never asked for the second story gutters to be skipped. Edit 2: There were no cars in front of the house. My drive way is on the side of the house (no gutters). No, you did not "do everything on the job". I paid for both floors, and only had the gutters cleaned on the first.

Failed to complete job. Paid for both stories, only had first story cleaned. After noticing they only did the first floor, they said I was "outside" of the 45 day window for a revisit - even though I paid for services that were not rendered. You all had a chance to make it right - but chose not to.

Great experience with SSC. After having their window cleaning service we found some areas that were missed (tough to see depending on angle of the sun). Took pictures and sent to SSC who came back out to touch up those missed areas - thanks!
