image I would like to cancel my plan but they are trying to charge me more than 200 dollars to cancel, this is a rip off. I've taken my cat in twice and they can't do the blood test. The first time I forgot to give the medicine, ok, I understand that it was difficult. But the second time I gave all the doses of medicine and they said they couldn't do the test. If they are professionals they should have a way to take this exam. I am very dissatisfied and wanted to cancel my plan. If that doesn't work, I will contact a lawyer. Banfield of Framingham. My cat is Meg.

image I have mixed feelings towards this place. Some of the staff are really really good. But I feel at least one of the nurses might be a little off. Every time my dog ends up meeting her there would be something not so right afterwards. Blooding nails, plan not right, record not right, ear infection in one ear transferred to the other ear, etc., etc. And what I dont like about this place is, the doc is always so busy and never got to talk with me about my dogs situation. So it will always be the nurse communicating. And they gave different messages, at least I am confused. And I am not confident that out of the three things I mentioned, they have conveyed the full messages to the doc correctly. I prefer face to face with the doctor. Therefore all in all, I am not sure that I would be confident to bring my dog in if there is something serious

image We pay for monthly plan because as a military family its easy since we get transferred so often. The first time this place was great but in the last year quality has gone down. They get 2 starts because the first year they were good. This last year they cut my dogs nails way to short (he gets them regularly cut to his quick was not long). When i spoke to the manager she said the person was new and training and they refunded my money. I understand training and being new but 2-3 nails on each paw was bleeding. The last straw was when the medical paperwork was wrong on file and when i explained it to the receptionist they didnt seem like it was a big deal. Although i was bringing in my dog to get cleared for being Neutered yet all his paperwork said he was neutered already. I asked for a call back 2 days before my apt, since it was a drop off and i wanted the doctor to know my concerns and it has been 3 weeks. I didnt want to bring in my dog without clearing all the concerns especially since they were using anesthesia, but that was 3 weeks ago. I called today to transfer paperwork to another vet, and again there was such a lack of care when i told the receptionist i hadnt gotten a call in 3 weeks. I totally understand how busy they are and did not expect a call same day but 72hours would have been appropriate, not 3 weeks of no communication. If you love your pet like i do, take him to a place where they charge you and actually take the time to look over your pet, or a place where the doctor calls you back. I put one of the pictures of his paws.
