I hired this limo company for my wedding, and would highly recommend avoiding them for any event.  The driver arrived at the hotel to pick me up and then asked me, the bride, how to get to the church because he had no idea.  He then stood still and did not assist when I scrambled to get into the limo with my white dress, despite my bridesmaids asking him for a towel to shield it from the dirty door frame.  It honestly looked as if it was his first day on the job, and he literally had no clue where he was going, we had to direct him the whole way.I later called the company to explain the situation and the manager was rather rude to me.  After telling him that the driver was unaware of how to get to the church, he literally says, "Well, do YOU know where you're going every time you get in the car?  It's just human error."  Wow, are you kidding?  You drive a limo for a living, but you don't know where you're going?To top it all off, he said "I won't give you any money back, because if I do, it still won't change your opinion of the company."  No, it wouldn't change my opinion but I would at least think that you had some human decency.  Instead, I'll try to dissuade as many people as possible from using this limo company.
