We were made aware of a negative post from Maryam Touray and we wanted an opportunity to respond.
Maryam came to us with a tax issue in February 2020. During the course of 24 hours, Maryan was completely impatient, consistently complaining and critical about the process. As many people know, the Internal Revenue Service does not move at the speed of light. Due to her actions we withdrawn from this engagement which looks to have caused some animosity from her towards our firm. Moreover, we do not lie or make anyone feel unconformable while working with us and the allegations towards our firm and staff are completely false. We have no ill-well towards Maryam and we wish her well in her future endeavors but we certainly dont regret withdrawing from this engagement.
Regarding Maryam claim surrounding the Better Business Bureau, we believe its our great clientele that gives us all the accreditation that we need, not an organization that paying dues are required.
We would like to thank our fantastic clientele for another successful tax season and we look forward working with you again next tax season!

Review is for Jason Szabo. First, not BBB accredited! If I could give zero stars I would. Careless with critical details. Jason Szabo LIED about the work he's done (didn't do). No sense of urgency. Jason Szabo ARGUED with my Accounting department on a CONFERENCE call. They wanted to hang up with him. Jason Szabo told me he didn't have time to follow up on my request, "you can do it yourself, it's a busy time of year". Jason Szabo says, "The Customer Service Rep at the IRS has too THICK OF AN ACCENT so I don't know what, where, when or if your stuff will be sent". The IRS looked at my account history and confirmed that Jason Szabo never filed the documents claimed he had. I asked Jim how he could let his employee speak to his clients this way, "Relax!" This is all in the span of 24 hours.
