Bill McGovern is a very knowledgeable CPA, I had interviewed 5 different accountants before I selected Bill to handle my 1031 exchange transaction. I own several Rental Properties and sold one and acquired another one in the 1031 exchange. The problem was I had never depreciated the property from the time I purchased the property 17 years ago. Bill proposed a solution that saved me over $27,000! None of the other accountants had any solution to my problem. Bill really know his stuff! If you own rental property you need him on your side.

Bill McGovern is our tax accountant. Bill is amazing! He is friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and efficient. We have so many complicated financial portfolios (stocks, investments, real estate, etc.), college tuition, a child who has to file a California tax return, and Bill was able to find deductions that we were not aware of or didn't even think that we could deduct them. Bill did it all! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great accountant.
