Worked with Matheus Goncalves and couldnt be happier with the final result of our purchase. Me and my wife have been working with Matheus Gonalves and so far experience has been very good very professional and honest man won't rush or try and force you into a buy very well mannered respectful person highly recomend to anyone trying to buy a home we have not purchased yet but when we do I'll update with more full bettervreview but this is my experience thus far highly recomend.....

Mega Scam Realty. Buyers beware before buying a house being sold by Mega Scam Realty. Make sure to fully inspect the house and get everything in writing from these guys. PULL EVERYTHING! We had an inspector come in before we closed and he didn't catch anything wrong with the house. Nothing is code, they left holes on the outside of the house so it's causing rot. They essentially slapped some new paint on and called it a day. Broken doors. They sold us a broken fireplace. The HVAC was also not sufficient for the house. When we were having HVAC issues when we got the house, they came with the guy who installed it and said it was just the filter and changed it out, and left us a new filter for the future. We had a HVAC company come out recently and told us there was no filter in the system at all and now we have to pay $25k for a whole new system because the system they put in was only good for a house one third the size. Oh also the "new" filter they left was used, it was completely brown. They also told us there was no flooding.... low and behold come the first bit of snow melting and our basement was indeed flooding. We've had multiple electricians and other handyman come out and all say nothing is up to code and they think whoever flipped the house used unlicensed friends who sort of knew how to fix things. They also left a huge hole where the chimney is on the roof so water comes through and they never disclosed this. This company is full of scam artists and even if it was a separate flip company, shame on Mega Scam for putting their name on this house to sell. Horrible.
