The Portland Group - Framingham

The staff is unhelpful and rude. We just needed the part that we ordered a week ago and they refused to help us. Stephanie and Clayton should not be working with customers - they need to be in a back office because they dont know anything about customer service! It seem that they forgot to order the part and covered it up with a lie that FedEx lost it. Stephanie said Go buy some Fans during this heat wave, knowing that we have two small kids, younger is an infant. She is the one who most likely forgot to order the part. So rude and so unprofessional!!! Clayton would not not return our calls! And all we wanted is the tracking number for the part. We bought the HVAC system from them 2y ago, the least they could do is help us get the part to fix a new system as soon as possible. Air quality is so bad but we must keep windows open because it gets close to 90F inside the house during the day. The worst part of all - is being under the warranty and after a WEEK under heatwave with broken HVAC we are charged $200 for express delivery! Express delivery ?! What a miserable place with miserable people working there. The Staff at this location (Framingham) are Absolute horrible human beings!!! What goes around comes around Stephanie and the staff who could but refused to help us! No decent human being does what you ALL did!

Best plumbing supply around. They have everything and if its a non stock item they will move mountains to get it in a timely manner. Counter guys are on top of their game and the sales managers make magic happen. Be shout out to one office manger, Steph. She goes above and beyond. If you even need anything she is the one to go to.
