        Every time I called them the phone was always busy. I called every day and got the same thing. I even called another BBBS and I was told they don't serve Lowell. All I wanted to do is make a donation.

        I don't recommend using their pickup service. We thought we were doing the right thing by donating several boxes and bins of clothing, shoes, books, children's items, household items, a lot of brand new, never used items that were neatly boxed, clearly labeled and ready to just be placed in the truck. We came home to a huge mess on our front walk and lawn, boxes had all been ransacked through, trash and items left thrown about and we were really shocked that this was how the driver handled our donation. I will never use this service again and I'd think twice if you have a large generous donation. That's the thanks we got, they left us a huge mess to clean up.
