This facility is really more of a business with a bigger focus on making money than understanding what people really need. The appointment is $199, which is very reasonable, but then they try to sell you medication that costs over $3000, and you have to commit to a whole year supply of medication. What other doctor have you ever gone to where they try to sell you the medication right there and make you commit to a whole year worth of medication? The bigger concern is that they have a 1-size-fits-all solution of injections for everyone that comes into their facility. They do not test for other possible causes of ED - such as diabetes or low testosterone. If you have Low T, a better solution may be to get the T problem address rather than taking ED injections, but they will not even test your T levels and will just try to get you to pay for $3000+ of injections. What's worse is that you can get this same medication (Trimix) for significantly less - just Google it. They will claim that their medication is special, but this injection therapy has been around longer than the ED pills, and is nothing new. Your probably much better off seeing a Urologist and having the appropriate tests done - get a referral from your doctor for a good Urologist and save yourself from the sales pitch you'll get here.
