Cold-called me five times in fifteen minutes at eight o’clock at night while I was putting my child to bed because they thought it was funny.
When I called their business line the next day, rather than apologizing, the manager was rude and dismissive. I finally got them to stop calling me by filing a report against them with the local police department and with the BBB.
Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Made an appointment 20 days in advance. Day comes and no one shows. Give them a call and says she made a customer requisition but did not even schedule an appointment. She started to get rude on the phone when I expressed my concern.

We have been using D&D for years in differ t houses from Clinton MA to Revere MA with no problems. They have called every year to remind me of cleaning and will let me pay for both houses at the same time with out having to drive out myself to pay again. Great service and the work is top notch.

I don't usually find such a poor level of service in a company. Sadly D&D has proven to be one of the worst I've experienced. A simple cleaning turned into them breaking the cable on my brand new damper. They took the cable, left and wouldn't respond to phone calls from me asking for help. Then when I finally got through, they scheduled appts that they never showed for and simply mailed a quote for a whole new damper. I couldn't get a warranty replacement cause they took the cable. I pleaded for them to return it and they just didn't respond for months. So I file a small claims and won but D&D chose to simply ignore the lawsuit. Basically, wait long enough and hopefully I would just go away. I stopped trying to collect or anything but I have passed word through my neighborhood and town to not use them. It's sad, and what's worse is for years they included me on their mailing list to solicit me to have them clean my chimney. And continued to call me for years. It's pathetic and a true example of bad business.
