I decided at the last minute to hire someone to do a move-out cleaning for me. I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to find someone on short notice but Andresa was available or made herself available. They arrived early actually which worked perfectly for me and finished in a timely manner. The house looks fantastic. Very good attention to detail. Would definitely hire her again. Husband is very rude and disrespectful when you do not agree with him. I paid for a service the was not complete. They did a walk thur and knew the conditions of my house prior to my cleaning. I really needed help getting my life back in order after being VERY depressed and suicidal for months. I paid 400 for their service. Only my bathrooms were deeply cleaned. The rest of my home was not done to what I was expecting. I spend days cleaning the other areas . I payed for my oven and fridge to be cleaned out as well that was not done at all. They offered to do it free on my next cleaning. First off I already paid for the service and it was not done. I was never going to use their service again. I just wanted what I paid for done. He made me very bad about myself by calling out the conditions of my home which he knew about before coming to complete the service, I have never been so embarrassed in my life. And he has yet to come do the service that I paid for or offer me a refund. So disappointed. Service: Deep clean
