We had Exponential Construction Corp. convert our screened in porch to an all-season room.The room looks better than we envisioned. Jose and his crew do really great work with attention to detail. From start to finish, communication was clear and thorough, and they were on time and budget. They addressed any question we had in a timely manner, and we couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved working with Jose and give him our highest recommendation. We recently bought a new house and have had our fair share of contractors come and go through it, and Jose and his team have been by the far best: responsive, respectful and diligent, and we love our new French doors and office! Joses team was so easy to have in our house for the project; they were quiet and tidy, and Jose went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with the design during the planning process. Jose and his team did a fantastic job on my home addition. I wanted an attached garage and they promptly got the building permits and got right to work. I manage a building supply company and am an avid DIYer but these guys greatly impressed me with the end result. They did the excavation, footings, foundation, new slab, demo, framing/beam installation and siding I couldnt have imagined it coming out better.
