What has happened since Covid at this office! Ive been a patient of Dr. Dickstein for many years. I had test done last year, ordered incorrectly so I had to go back to MWMC and repeat at the tune of $150.00 per test! Also, had I not called to get the results, I probably never would have heard from them. A year later, my appt two test were ordered. I went back to MWMC , this time making sure the order was correct. It was but now no one can find the results ! But they tell me in the next sentence they will send to my pcp. They havent to date! Now another test, when my insurance didnt ok it they canceled the appt w/o even calling me, send me a letter of cancellation telling me doc is out of town! Now, I have to wait another two months to get back in! I dont know what has happened at that office, Dr. Dickstein is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, I obviously trust him with my life but spending three days on the phone with his office to get things corrected is frustrating and inexcusable.

Dr. Dickstein has been my doctor for more than 10 years. I don't know what has happened after the pandemic hit, phone calls couldn't get through, always busy.I could not get test results in weeks and when I called I got bounce around from one person to another and then a promise of someone will call me back but never did. I am so frustrated that I don't want to call anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr Dickstein for over 26 yrs. I can't say enough great things about him.
