I would never recommend this company for their ancillary services OR as an employer. In theory, the services sound great, but when I worked for this company, it weighed on me heavily because the lack of concern and fraudulent practices. Providers will go to the LTCs or AL facilities to "see" residents and the patient was actually never treated. I would get calls from RNs and Administrators telling me that patients, who were supposedly seen were never actually seen. Why? Because they were in the hospital or somewhere else. It will take months, and I mean MONTHS to get your dentures, eyeglasses, or footwear. DO NOT USE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Leadership is toxic and HR is a freaking joke. They do not care for the patients or employees. The doctors run this company, not the other way around. If they do not feel like showing up, they won't call or let anyone know and the schedulers and account managers are stuck coming up with lies to placate the customer.

I used to be a Director of Social Services and previously used HealthDrive’s services for the residents of our long term care communities. I loved the extra support, reports they offer the staff, tracking tools & most importantly the above and beyond care with my residents. For the Indiana providers that treated our residents, I received a lot of compliments and kudos for each of the providers that came into our communities. I loved HealthDrive so much, I chose to change my career and work for them. HealthDrive’s level of compassion & quality of care is not matched by any other company out there that offers ancillary services to residents in long term care. HealthDrive is not perfect, nor do we advertise that we are. We make mistakes like any company does. But we are eager to fix, resolve and offer resolutions when we are at fault. I love the internal support offered at HealthDrive for the long term care facilities we service. Again, from experience of using multiple ancillary companies in my past as a social worker, you do not get this level of support from anyone else in the industry!
