We dont ever get listen to by the management theres never parking because every house either hogs the spots or has 6 people in the house and all with cars. Dont forget all the work trucks and vans that sent your cars and all the kids that think getting on your car is a fun idea. The building management wont listen to you about how you cant change the temperature when the heat is randomly on in the middle of summer or how your back door doesnt even shut and they need to replace it but get talked to about your back door. Dont forget about how the two brothers that owns the two properties have such an issue with each other that tenants from either properties cant use the other properties parking trash or pool.
