The bank staff are very courteous and helpful. I have used this bank for 20 years; and never had any issues. The staff are better than at the majority of banks that I have used in over 40 years.

My wife and I went into the Natick branch to look into renting a safety deposit box.  We were asked if we had an account, we did not.  We were informed that it was required and would need to wait a month.Requiring products or services from an entity as a precursor to starting a relationship with same, is simply arrogant and dreadful customer service.

There are a few people that are quick, helpful or as knowledgeable as this worker her name is Desiree when ever I call shes always the one who picks up I sometimes wonder if its just her working there since no one else ever picks up the phone. Shes nice helps me out and gets my wires done right away shes truly awesome worker friendly and has a sweet voice that can change your mood. Im just here to say shes the best any question I have always gets answered in a timely fashion and is the reason I still bank with this bank.( if you get her on the phone your in good hands)
