We met Heather at our first open house with the idea in mind that we had at least one year until we were ready to buy a home. Throughout the year, she stayed in touch with us, provided us guidance on the process, and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. When it came time to buy, Heather was always on top of everything and made us feel so supported and assured that we would find the perfect home. She was so attentive and prompt that we felt like we were her only clients! She visited open houses with us and even got to know our family members who wanted to be a part of the process. Heather was knowledgeable and creative which made our offer stand out and secured us our dream home. We've referred several family members and friends to Heather who have also gone on to successfully buy their homes through her. Heather is the best to work with! She helped us find our first home and guided us through the whole process from day one ensuring we had everything lined up for when we found a home, through the inspection and closing of our home. She is passionate and looks after her clients as if they are family. We cannot recommend her enough!!

I feel so lucky to have found Heather! I could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first home. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and proactive, going above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed throughout the process. I felt she was truly invested in helping me find the perfect home for my situation. Heather was always quick to respond and was able to get me in to see homes quickly, which is invaluable in this market. I was always impressed with the level of communication we had. Although she is a highly successful agent with many clients, she always made me feel like I was her #1 priority. Heather is also a very strong negotiator and ultimately it was her expertise in this area that got me into my home! She knew exactly how to navigate through a tense multiple-offer situation with ease.
