From the first PT appointment with Jane I started to feel better. She was knowledgeable, understanding and a lot of fun to work with. I actually looked forward to each appointment! After several months Im finally able to run again thanks to Elite. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get back on your feet and feeling healthy again.

For the last few years I have been training with both Katie and James and they have both been great. I have learned a lot about safety while training. They have helped me work towards and achieve my fitness goals. It is a great atmosphere and makes working out fun, thanks Elite!
