Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | New England

Great place to take the kids over night. Extremely expensive once inside. Over night is more than enough. We ordered pizza from the inside and it was not bad. The bar is stupid expensive. 14.00 for a cup of pick your own candy? A little much but we did have a good time the place was clean and theblife guards are outstanding and we felt the kids were safe. Don't hesitate to go. Safety: Life guards were on point .

We love the Boston location and actually bypass two other much closer locations to travel there. The staff is wonderful and we love the amenities. During our last trip we had a few small complaints and after voicing them, a member of their staff contacted us and listened carefully and rectified the situation. We can't wait to visit again!

Disappointing Experience at Great Wolf Lodge Boston Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge Boston started off on the wrong foot right at the check-in desk. The attendant displayed a bad attitude and seemed disinterested in providing any level of hospitality. Unfortunately, this negative demeanor persisted throughout our stay, making interactions with staff an unpleasant experience. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt crowded and chaotic, detracting from the supposed enjoyment of the facilities. Despite the abundance of amenities, the lack of professionalism and friendliness among the staff left much to be desired. It's disheartening when high expectations for a vacation are met with such disappointment. Regrettably, this visit to Great Wolf Lodge Boston will be our first and last. We had hoped for a memorable getaway, but instead, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths and a longing for a more welcoming environment elsewhere.

The price gouging is insane here. Everything is so expensive you'd expect to have high quality food/entertainment/fun. You end up paying some of the highest prices for sub-par(putting it nicely) goods and products. Food & drinks: On site food is expensive and terrible. Pay good money for low quality food.
