    Went there to get a new phone. The staff has a good sense of humor and positive attitude. T-Mobile needs to rethink how they operate the store locations. Third party or otherwise is not an excuse they still operate as a provider of T-Mobile services. I was there for at least two hours. It was very slow. I am tech savvy so watching employees struggle with checking off all the boxes they do on their tablets on behalf of T-Mobile to make a sale made me sick. I ended up with no discounts. I was frustrated with how long a simple transaction took. I almost walked out of the store multiple times but the humor and kindness of the staff kept me from walking away. I was frustrated for them. Again, the employees are great but it seems like corporate encourages sales and commission a little too much and customer service falls by the wayside. I'll be buying my phone and smart watches straight from the manufacturer after this experience. These employees deserve better from the company. T-Mobile seems to purposely create a retail sales culture of vultures where employees fight for commission and struggle with the sales tablets and all the red tape T-Mobile creates. A telephone rep actually stole a sale from an employee trying to register my pixel watch. I've been a customer with T-Mobile for over a decade and it used to be great.
