I have used choice of insurance's service and recently has a quite unpleasant experience with them. Last year my property insurance with them is $4300, this year, it increased to $5500, I decided to leave the after two months, they basically charged me one additional month insurance fee as penalty. I argued that there is no such cancellation fee rate for insurance policy, they showed me that in the 125 pages insurance declaration, there is a sentence:" Short rate cancellations do not entitle policyholders to a refund proportionate to the coverage period left in the policy term. When a policy is a short rate cancellation, there are administrative costs and penalties charged by the insurance company. These costs are deducted from any unearned premiums and serve as a disincentive to cancelling policies early. You can see, there is no clear amount of cancellation fee, all they said is that they could charge admin fee, if this is the case, now they charged me $500 extra, does this means that they can even go as high as $5000 or whatever amount they want to charge? Be cautious of the policy trap!

Beth has been taking care of my policy for a year now and has saved me a big chunk of change with my auto policy and i couldnt be any happier honestly. When beth says she can help out with something rather it be lowering policy (say care isurance) or choosing the right policy (home insurance) she does it! i high rec Beth Bangrazi as ur agent!

Gained a customer for life. Moved all my personal lines of insurance over to Choice. They found me a set of policies that saved me over $1000/year. Then, Julie took care of my commercial line, jumped through so many hoops and got me a policy for my business at an amazing rate. Great people, great insurance, great advice, great price.

I have been a happy customer of Choice Insurance for 12+ years. Peter and the team have been fantastic -- always professional and knowledgeable about supporting my business insurance needs as well as our personal, home, car, and condo insurance needs. Peter has helped us with insurance questions related to buying and selling homes, a flood insurance claim, a tree that almost fell on our house and destroyed our fence, and a car accident. Recently, Peter noticed that our condo insurance (inherited from the prior owner) was severely inadequate. He helped us switch to a much better policy within less than a day. And, thank goodness he did. A couple weeks later, I smelled gas outside our home. It was a gas leak that National Grid fixed right away. But, I slept more soundly that night knowing that if the worst had happened, we would be fully covered thanks to Peter! I can't recommend Choice enough!
