ProHost - Vacation Rentals and Management

Weve stayed at the Buttermilk Bungalow the past two years. We visit with family in the area and love having our own space. Erin and Chuck are amazing hosts! They have thought of everything a guest would need and more! They really raise the bar for host/guest experience. The house is perfect for a family to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. We have loved building memories and look forward to visiting again soon!

chuck & erin saved our bacon several times over the last year weve spent abroad & in s different time zone. theyve gone above and beyond to handle the couple emergencies weve had. their communication with guests is prompt & genuine. theyve given me and my wife great advice when we needed it. recommended without reservation.

We have been working with Prohost, Chuck and Erin Luce for this season to rent our home. We have been blown away by how helpful they have been! They have both gone above and beyond to help us in renting our Cape home. When I think of words to describe them, what comes to mind are: honest, fair, transparent, considerate, and responsive. They have been very effective with earning income for us, outpacing comps, building nice listings, creating a beautiful welcome booklet that has assisted our guests in enjoying their time and has offered a personal touch with their experience!
