Kimball Property Managers have been taking care of our house for over a year and they are always on top of things. From landscaping, to minor repairs and climate control, we are relieved to know they can keep the house maintained and secure. Our grandson's home was impacted by a bee swarm. They were coming in through the AC and invading the bedroom and the closet. Duncan had him take pictures to make sure they were honeybees, then came (on a weekend) and quickly removed them. He was prompt, professional and kind. Thank you!

I can always count on them to take care of my house. They recently checked it with the below freezing weather- just making sure all is well and also reset an internet device for my security system. I highly recommend Kimball Property Management! I know my house is well cared for while I am away. They are reliable and go above and beyond to take care of things!

We began working with these two lovely people years ago. They are responsive in time of need and we trust them. It is a relief knowing theyre around when were not. When there was a heating problem, they came right out and managed the process of finding a solution. When there was a leak, Duncan and I climbed to the roof together. When the snowplow didnt arrive during a massive storm, they found someone else the same day. Were grateful to them. They can handle any issue.
