Supply New England

Ordered a faucet for my bathroom back ordered until December.. just getting it now in March . I had to call and ask if it came in . Poor customer service!

I was talking to a guy on the phone and one guy in the background told the person I was talking to to hang up on me very very rude!!!

Unable to find a product on their website, the website was more about privacy invasions / tracking of its customers and the needs of the business instead of a search of the inventory. I'll be looking for 7/8 mip to 7/8 fip elsewhere.

I went to supply New England to find a new hose for a faucet I was repairing for my mother. My dad just passed away and I was in town helping her out with things and to be there for her. The hose I needed was discontinued and I couldnt find it anywhere. The guys at SNE did some research and found a hose in the back that they didnt need anymore and possibly fit the bill for my needs. They gave me the hose and told me it was on the house. There arent too many businesses out there that do simple gestures of kindness like this anymore. Unfortunately the hose wasnt the exact fit, but thats not the point. If youre going to give a business your money nowadays, its great to give it to one that is as helpful and supportive of the community around them as SNE was to me. That simple act restored a sense of faith and hopefulness for the future of our communities everywhere. Other businesses should really strive to have this type of customer service and care for their customers, it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you again, SNE.
