        Alexis at the Falmouth Xfinity, was spot on and resolved my issue within 5 minutes. I'm going to go there from now on, for dealing with virtual assistance is dreadful.

        So very grateful for the guys in this office for helping us with a problem 8 other xfinity employees from other offices could not figure out. They were friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable! I guess well stay with xfinity now because of them!!

        Incompetent personnel. Can't correctly explain how to pair remote with cable box. Can't check activated modem and deactivated account when returning old modem.
