        I have been with Service Credit Union since 1975 but it was called Cape Cod Federal Credit Union back then. In all the years they have always been more then helpful. Numerus loans with no problem. Jorden the manager at Falmouth branch has helped me out on a few occasions and he always acts in a professional manner and gone above and beyond to help me out. Now I wouldn't have stayed with a bank this long if not for a good reason. I have had other bank accounts but this has always been my go to bank (credit union) Thank you Service Credit Union.

        I didn't know I had to qualify for a savings account. And the troll who helped me was not helpful in anyway. All I had to to was become a member and everything would have worked out, but he put in zero effort to help me and let me know what I should do.
