Excellent customer service and my daughters softball equipment bag and catchers gear came back like brand new in a timely manner. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a pleasant smile and friendly exchange. Awesome service and staff, highly recommend.

Called w/question this afternoon (8/4/23. Approx 4:00) re: cleaning feather down pillows and told they clean only the cover, but not the feathers. And needed to remove cover and bring it in for cleaning. I asked, what do I do with the feathers and the response from this young lady was curt at best saying person who did feathers isnt working there anymore! I asked what the charge would have been if that person was still there (and explained that I wanted to see if if it was worth the hassle) and her response this time I dont know I wasnt working then! And hung up on me!!! I worked in customer service for 30 years and realize difficulties getting and keeping help very challenging, especially now, but OMG Ive never-until today, experienced such poor customer service-Ever! Best watch out her behavior is sure to lose you/your business customers-hope shes not a family member!? Service: General bedding cleaning

Forget removing stains from men's ties. Even though I pointed out the stains, they never attemped to remove them and when I picked up my order, no apologies were offered, no "re-do" and no credit (i paid nearly $20.00 for the 4 ties). More importantly, the clerk was unconcerned, distant and uncaring. They lost a customer
