We have been going to Battles in Falmouth for years.Their thoroughness and honesty mean a lot to us. The work is completed in a timely manner. We never feel as though suggested repairs are unnecessary. The workers are always very transparent about the completed work.

Battles Auto Center did a great job with communication, options, photo's etc... this time around.....but last time I had issues with vibrations after getting new tires. Battles spent the time figuring out what it might be and what it was not. It took the tire company over 4 visits to determine that the new tires were defective causing the vibration as well as a couple visits to Battles to confirm. It was a tough one as no one expected the brand new tires to be the problem.

Honestly, the best decision I made with my car. They went above and beyond for me. 100% trust, and I will only use battles again. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you battles!
