Dr. Ibrahim Eid

Dr Eid is a good Dr, but his staff is incompetent. My 88 year old mother with vein issues had an appointment today . 2 texts to confirm it. I ubered her from Johnston to the Fall River office today for a angiogram follow up and a skin care appointment. She arrived to finfmd it she had no appoint and sat there from 1015 and arrived back in Johnston at 3 pm. He's been good, but his staff?!? No good. I am abhorred that they turned an 88 year old woman away with an appointment, two, and she received no care!!! I even received texts to confirm the appointments.

Very funny easy going doctor. Explains things like a normal human, and seeing I didnt go to med school I was able to understand. Was professionally funny and joking. Def loves what he does bc he scheduled my vascular surgery appointment for the next day instead of taking the day off. For me If I have to get surgery for something Id rather just do it then wait 6 months.
