        Excellent, high quality paper! So many cute designs. I have been buying personalized wrapping paper from this company for a few years. My grandsons birthday gifts and Christmas gifts always look great- and are very special to them because it has their name and a design that they love. Will keep coming back due to the high quality, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!

        I agree with Tammy who posted 8 months ago. Customer service is in desperate need of transformation. I haven't received my order yet- I'll update on the product IF it ever arrives.

        Ordered and paid for personalized wrapping paper for a 5 year olds birthday! Waited over two weeks to get wrapping paper in the mail NOT personalized. I was told I never put the personalized info in even though I did because I was specifically buying personalized wrapping paper for a little boys birthday!! So instead of trying to make it right, they blamed me and kept my money! Bad customer service!
