Twisted Griddle

Honestly Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Weve been here twice within one week it was that good(coming from a family that doesnt eat out much) Everyone was super friendly. We had the same waitress each time (blonde curly hair). She was super sweet she even took the time to get to know our daughters name. Our daughter is two, she was staring at the cooks because we had told her look they are making your fries. While they could have easily gotten annoyed both of them stopped for 5 seconds smiled and said hi. Its the little things. Then one of the cooks ended his shift and said bye to her before he left. The atmosphere is happy, upbeat the food is really good and the prices are fair. What more could you ask for?

Went today for breakfast and arrived at 11:22am, didnt get our food for over an hour. Literally everyone around us, including a table that got there 30 mins after us got food first. Food came out cold. The waitress leaves my daughter cold toast and bacon and only brings out hot eggs? Ask for new toast ( which should be common sense ) and the toast comes out so burnt is black. Paid $50 to be extremely disappointed. I heard so many good things about this place but my experience was the complete opposite. Never again.

Bacon was under cooked, the waitress had me hand her the bacon from my plate to be recooked, I had already touched it with my hand, an after thought, I had peanut butter on my fork that I used to hand it to her. Not very sanitary nor allergy awareness. I ordered bbj French toast, it was made with strawberry jelly, does not State that on the menu, I very much dislike strawberries. The waitress was fun and the atmosphere was nice. We will not return.
