The WORST medical supply company to work with. You leave countless messages and the NEVER return your calls!! You have to wonder if anyone actually works at this company.

All of the folks I have dealt with have gone above and beyond and have been super helpful. The staff has called to follow-up and check in on me. And the owner is responsive as well!

When I received my machine, I met with Kyle. He was knowledgeable and showed me the ropes, said if I had any issues to give them a call. I had a minor mask issue and Tony got it taken care of in less than 24hrs! He even followed up with me to see how everything was going. He's the real mvp. I appreciate all his help. Excellent customer service.

The staff at Pure Medical (PM) are exceptional. They go above and beyond to help the patient. In my ordeal of having to navigate Insurance coverage & picking up where the ordering doctors office failed to do, Brittany @ Pure Medical jumped on the case to assist us. In the process, I had to deal with other medical supply places that paled in comparison to the customer service provided by PM. At PM, they truly care about the patient in a time where this has become the exception rather the rule. I would highly recommend PM. The person who educated my dad on the CPAP machine was thorough, patient and kind. Wish I had remembered his name. Also a very special thank you to Patrick; the owner, for calling to alert us to some Insurance coverage and compliance issues. This information was truly important to communicate to us so that we could further look into the issues and make the best decision that would work best for my dad moving forward. My elderly dad is sleeping so much better. Thank you!!!
