Avance Cabinetry

A restoration company ordered and installed new cabinets for kitchen after we sustained damage from water penetration. The cabinets are less than a year old and they are completed chipped and look as if they are ten years old. There are no children in our home. We are a senior couple and barely use the kitchen, as I don't cook! I can't get any assistance from the restoration company now can I get Avance to call me to help resolve the issue. The finish on the doors is sub-par. I purchased high end appliances and quartz counter tops and it looks like I purchased cardboard boxes from Walmart as cabinets. I need assistance here.

Awesome company to work for. I enjoy what I do for work at Avance. We take pride in our product and the quality of what we are sending to our customers. As someone who has always taken pride in my work regardless of what type of work I was doing, i.e. fast food, flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate) laborer for a roofing company any job I've always taken pride in my work. So to work for a company where the objective is to have pride in the quality and make sure we are sending out and selling the best quality cabinets around is a fulfilling job so far. Not many companies at all would absolutely recommend looking into purchasing cabinets from Avance if you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom or both, definitely worth a look.

Very poor quality and customer service. We had Avance kitchen cabinets installed last Fall and they are chipping in several places after only a few months of use. My wife and I are in our 60s with no pets and certainly not hard on furniture. We reached out to the distributor here in Cleveland to get replacements doors and drawer fronts and it's been 2 months and nothing from the manufacturer. To add injury to insult the distributor is telling us that WE are responsible for the re-installation of the damaged products! We paid over $26K for these cabinets and expected them to be high quality. Not the case! Poor quality and even poorer customer service! Look elsewhere for kitchen cabinets!
