Laundry World Cleaners

The staff was very nice, the place nice and clean. The machines were very good and clean; updated. Also, I don't like having to buy and use cards I usually try to avoid a place if I have to buy and use a card. These machines are all coin operated which is just what I like! Reasonable prices too.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Also, everything is super clean & organized. I would definitely come back!

I haven't been to a laundromat in 30 yrs. but due to unfortunate circumstances with my plumbing, I had to recently-twice. BOTH times were riddled with problems at this place. I won't be going back under any circumstances. machines not working, having to remove my clothes to other machines and the fact that they still use quarters like it's 1962! I used one machine, the biggest they had. it was $16 so that meant putting in 64 quarters, only to find out the machine didn't work, so I had to remove all the clothes into another machine! the attendant helped me by replacing the quarters I had lost and putting them in. I then used a small washing machine for my sweaters and guess what-that one was broken too!!! managed to get all my clothes done and it took an extra hour but whatever, it got done. i went back yesterday, used 3 different machines which apparently washed all my clothes in cold water because I hadn't pressed the buttons in the proper sequence, so it gave me a cold wash on gentle setting, even though that's not what I'de punched into the directions. no instructions about this were given. it's all in what appears to be hieroglyphics! I could tell my clothes weren't properly cleaned, so I took them to another laundromat, and could not believe the difference! the machines were all brand new, clearly marked with instructions, and no quarters-all I had to do was buy a card and add money to it and use it like a credit card in the machines!. it was wonderful, like 21st century wonderful!!! now, Laundry World was pretty much empty both times I went there-now I know WHY. unless you live close by without a car and it's the only laundromat within walking distance, why on earth would you go to this awful place? the place that I rewashed my clothes at was Kam's on Second St.- brand spanking new, clean, comfortable and no more expensive. and the drying is FREE! do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with Laundry World on the corner of New Boston Rd and Robeson st. never again!!!
