So I live nearby go there more than I should so here are the true facts of this place. They have a staff problem where they have four or five people I see working their butt off and so far the rest are hit or miss. Considering how often I go and how often I ask for things added or removed from basic orders they seem to be pretty accurate only messed up a few times and I have been going for a few years. The new remodel has significantly made me wait longer to order if I pay at the counter because they don't always notice you. I don't use the drive through but when there's a normal rush aka dinner lunch or breakfast I usually see one car waiting near the door to keep the line moving take that as you will. Overall I would say it is better than the average Mc Donald's but the miss staff and wait that came with the remodel holds it back from being the best McDonald's I have been to.

Normally great service, tonight was difficult. The McFlurry given to me was a little more than half full.. immediately upon receipt I told the worker this is not full and was told he put two servings in there. What was unpleasant was the fact that immediately after I mentioned my dissatisfaction from the service, he closed the drive through window and turned his back on me completely to IGNORE ME INTENTIONALLY! Very rude. I did not move from the window for a full 30 seconds until the worker was forced to ask me if he could help me with anything to which I replied yes, please top off my McFlurry like I asked, if at all possible To which another employee came through and helped expedite the service request. I went to McDonalds to grab a McFlurry for my fianc because she had an allergic reaction to a meal she had at home and her throat was on fire. I really needed something to please her and Im glad I was able to despite one of your employees being difficult. I know other people may not have had the same experience and would have driven away without their needs met.

This location is the worst in consistency. We always order a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and sometimes they are great and sometimes awful like today. The English muffins were obviously stale before they toasted them making for an inedible sandwich. Plus it appeared they just threw them together with the egg and cheese sticking out of the muffin and most of the cheese stuck to the wrappers.
