All employees at the new Dartmouth store were all very polite and welcoming!! I'm a rather new customer and was quite overwhelmed at first. Denise was most helpful and patient while helping me. Her expanded knowledge of older products to the newer products really made it allot easier for me to not only get the best skin care,also at a reasonable price. "Beauty has no Age limit" I thank her for reminding me of that. Her attentive customer service and compassion truly made this an awesome shopping experience. I'll be sure to come back and let my family and friends know,now that this store is here!

I was in your Fall River store on Saturday afternoon . I was looking for assistance but your Employees were more interested in socializing with each other instead of helping there customers. When someone finally did come over to help they seemed annoyed that they actually had to help a customers. I will not return to this store again!
