        I have used Whaling City Florist in 2 totally different occasions and not only she was so accommodating and professional her work was amazing,beautiful,classy and it just stood out from others in her line of business.

        Order was not delivered on date promised. Never called me to get person's contact information. Paid $12 deliver fee to go 0.2 miles and it was not delivered on time and as of yet not at all.

        Bought flowers here for valentines day and she was so accomodating with everything i wanted even with the line out the door. It was super busy and jillian helped me and made me the most beautiful arrangement for my wife and daughter. Also loved everything she had to add on like chocolates teddy bear balloons and cards, i got everything i needed

      Hi Claire, unfortunately this review is not accurate. You! never provided us the contact information for the recipient when asked for their full contact information(name, number,address) & were very unkind on the phone from the start of our conversation. We charge for all deliveries as it takes up time and resources and is a luxury service offered that is not a free service. Which is why we Do offer pickup. unfortunately we aren’t able to offer free delivery. We attempted to deliver a total of 4 times, and left notice on the door for recipient to call us. This recipient has requested delivery on a different day which worked better for their schedule. Our glowing reviews which we work very hard for speak for themselves & our excellent reputation.
