Eye Health Vision Centers Fairhaven

My first time seeing an ophthalmologist, my primary dr. referred me to this office. Overall the appt. was good, I just had never had my eyes dilated before so that was weird. It lasted almost all day. I went early in the morning. I was told my eyes were healthy but I need glasses. I could have asked more questions but then I was prompted to pick out a pair right after and I couldnt really even see. A little more clarity on the whole glasses part would have been appreciated. Price when to wear them etc. Thanks!

The ladies at the front desk are very nice and professional and Dr Benevides has been awesome with my grandson and myself. We have been in quite a few times over the last few months due to my grandson having an eye infection and they have been great with us every time.

Patricia in the optical center has extremely poor people skills. I had ordered glasses, and after a couple months of not receiving them I called in to find out my insurance declined them. I never received a call saying my insurance declined them, this is all after I hand delivered a prior authorization from my insurance for them , mind you. I called in last week got Patricia and she said she would look into it. This week I called back because I hadn't heard back from her, and I got another woman on the phone who was very polite, and she was u aware of the situation but said she would get back to me. This morning I get a call back from an angry Patricia , who gave me a hard time about me wanting open communication, then in turn hung up on me. All of this could have been avoided if I originally had gotten a call when the insurance declined the claim,allegedly.
