Starting your own business requires a fair level of due diligence and a seasoned professional to guide you in the right direction. John T. Lally and his firm were extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling and listening to my concerns. He made the collection and transfer of necessary documents easy through his secure online system and put my nerves at ease by spending a day on a video conference going through the pro's and cons of different tax designations (LLC, S-Corp, C-corp ect). I appreciate his knowledge of accounting principals and the speed to which he completed my reviewed financials. He listened well throughout the process and explained things clearly.
