I get very spotty service here. I RARELY spend less than $100 & yet it's so hard to get actual help from an associate. I was in on 9/6/23 & was given quite the nasty looks from a manager. Like I was stealing or something, lady, I have no reason to steal. I had to price check my own item. Like, actually, go take a picture of the listed price. That is NOT my job. Out of my last 5 visits, I believe I only got 5-star service once.
A large portion of these google reviews are about spotty service, maybe management should address that.
Do yourself a favor & either know what you want before you go in OR....
Take your business elsewhere. I recommend the Fenty Beauty website, it's been very helpful.
