I recently took my 2013 Mercedes Benz to Express Collision to address some suspension damage caused by a pothole. Not only did they flawlessly fix the issue, but their partnership with Geico made the process seamless. The owner exhibited a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care towards my situation. Upon inspection, he also discovered some bumper damage, which he promptly fixed by replacing the entire bumper and splash guard, demonstrating an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. His assistant was always available and responsive whenever I called, making communication easy and stress-free. To top it all off, they didnt just stop at fixing the issues. They went the extra mile by detailing my car, leaving it looking and feeling brand new both inside and out. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the level of customer service at Express Collision. I highly recommend them for any car body work needs and will surely return for any future car maintenance and repairs. The outstanding experience I had makes Express Collision my go-to car repair shop. Thank you!

GEICO sent me here to get work done on my car after it had been covered in black paint by state construction. All the workers were super kind and took time to explain all the confusing details of the claims process to me. They completed the work very quickly and for a fraction of the price of another shop where I got an estimate at. When I picked up the car they had brought it into the garage, had it idling for me with the door open, and the interior had been cleaned. My car hadn't been this spotless since I bought it! I highly recommend Express Collision Center! I went to pick up my moms car, and I couldnt believe how good the repairs were. They went above and beyond fixing the car, and even managed to make it look brand new.
